		<description>Treating customers that way would be fun, but as it turns out, they may have been right in pestering them so much. I&#039;ve been looking at how badly they handle customer service and it seems that they brought on that call volume upon themselves.

My grandparents said a bunch of people where they live are getting cancelled, but they kept calling because of dropped calls all the time.
