I got an e-mail from the builder this morning addressing all of our concerns. They ripped out a wall to look for water damage and are ripping out the bathroom tile that got put down crooked. So far, they're top-notch on the customer service. Well, they should all be, for what it costs to buy a house in FL nowadays. :) Thanks.
