I wish there was some way to meld the FiOS DVR software and the Brighthouse DVR software. I hate not being able to schedule recordings more than a week in advance again and miss the nice little folders for recorded shows. :)

I had verizon in the past and so glad to go back to brighthouse, i was so upset that after all connection problems a had with verizon fios they wanted to tell me if i cancel service i had to pay a cancelation fee for a contract i never sign. When i called Brighthouse they gave me a grate deal with all services i need, no installation fees, i free mnth plus a buy out of $200 to cover my Fios cancelation fee. I am so happy with my services now, i also find out Brighthouse have improve tremendously the internet speed, i love the caller id on pc, i love baynews9 wich i missed so bad and Now they going yo have caller ID on PC??? I cant wait for that to happen.

Hi. I realize that this Article is 2-Weeks Old. However, I was just interested in reading on Bright House. I myself am using Verizon currently, and I am switching to Bright House. Your Article helped me be more confident =). So, I just wanted to extend you a Thank You.

We were with FiOS and it would frequently time out, stop video playback, and never actually open a website. It was infuriating since we had a 10MB package. Brighthouse is the 7MB pipe and we get that and I have no problem playing the same HD YouTube video on the Wi-Fi and the desktop at the same time with WoW connected in the background. That and RoadRunner actually connects me to the Internet in 1 second after I'm logged in rather than hitting Refresh a dozen or more times before it regains an IP address.

Tack on the 5GHz Wireless "N" router I got Wednesday, I'm snug as a bug in a rug anywhere on our 2 stories and the lanai.

Wow - searching for "brighthouse fios" with Google, this is #7 already. I guess it didn't take much digging to find.
