I love my Wired magazine, and I’ve been waiting to put this article up, so here it is. Dan Didrick of nearby Naples, FL is quite an inventor to have come up with such a brilliantly simple prosthetic digit.

In what has to be the biggest blonde moment ever caught on video, Miss South Carolina could make all the other blondes in the world simultaneously gasp at her answer to the simple question:

I watched this today and was quite impressed with this little 6 year old’s singing. She comes on stage to sing Over the Rainbow to a packed auditorium. She does her thing quite well, and I am impressed.
I wheeled over to my co-worker to ask if she’s seen the video yet. She said, “I hate that song, and I don’t believe that little kids can sing great.”
