Grand Unveiling of The Expressionist

07-Jul-08

After a month of planning, writing, editing, and designing, my partners and I are proud to announce the grand opening of TheExpressionist.com!
Tampa, and many other places, has a severe lack of places for up-and-coming artists to display their work and get word out about their art. We aim to fix that by connecting artists and [...]

MinuteFix Contest Entry

01-May-08

I am a Certified MinuteFix technician, so today I wandered over to the technician blog and found a contest to come up with a slogan. I think Diego Orjuela liked my suggestion. He made a demo of it on a graphic t-shirt.

Juan Francisco Casas, Artist Extraordinaire

07-Feb-08

Juan Francisco Casas is the best up and coming artist I’ve seen. I love to troll art sites and always keep my eyes open for news features of artist, photographers, and videographers that really impress me. Maybe I’m easily impressed, but see for yourself.

I don’t take to that environment [...]

Add Bling to Your Posts; Use Royalty-Free Photos

23-Jul-07

I have noticed and read a lot about how a simple image brings a lot to a post, especially an intriguing article. It relates to the reader, and they say a picture is worth a thousand words. Who wouldn’t want to add 1,000 words to each post in such a small space?
I recently started using [...]

New Theme Today

06-Jul-07

While hunting for a theme to put on my parent’s blog, I ran across one that I just had to modify for myself. I don’t have all of the kinks worked out for doing exactly what I want, but it was about 5 huge steps in the right direction. I’m just glad to see this [...]
